Bookings & Attendance

• Jo or Les will contact you to confirm menus and function requirements.
• A guarantee on the number of people expected to attend must be received at our office 72 hours prior to the scheduled function. This will be considered your minimum guarantee. We will be prepared to serve 5% over your guaranteed attendance however we would appreciate forewarning if the actual attendance is expected to exceed that number.
• Charges will be based either on the guaranteed number, or the actual attendance, which ever is the greater.

• In order to ensure your menu selection is available One week minimum notice needs to be received by our office. For large functions it would be appreciated to have confirmation of menus two weeks prior to the scheduled function.
• All food and beverage must be purchased through us in line with license requirements, except for special occasion cakes and pre arranged items.
• Menus are a guide only and we would be happy to quote on your favorite menu or for specific needs such as vegetarian etc.

• We are able to assist in the provision of linen, flowers, specially printed menus, place cards and table decorations. Jo will be happy to advise you and provide you with a quote and these items charged to your account.

• Our staff will arrange to collect service equipment at the end of your function, please ensure that all equipment is available as replacement charges maybe incurred.
• We aim to ensure that quality fresh food products are available for your function. We are able to cater for your individual service and menu needs, so contact us us for a quote.
